1. Disconnecting a Social Account
You can disconnect a connected social account at any time from the Integrations page inside your MarketingGuru account. When you disconnect a social account, the stored OAuth tokens for that account are deleted from our systems.
2. Deleting Your MarketingGuru Account
To request deletion of your MarketingGuru account and associated data, email [email protected] using the email address associated with your account.
After verifying the request, we will delete your account data, including your profile data, generated content, scheduled posts, and connected account records, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain limited records.
3. Threads Integration Scope
MarketingGuru requests only the Threads permissions needed to connect a user's Threads account and publish content that the user has manually reviewed and approved. MarketingGuru does not provide Threads post search, post deletion, or reply features.
