MarketingGuru is an AI-powered content creation and publishing platform that helps users discover trending topics, generate social media content, and schedule posts to connected social media accounts.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Content you generate using the Service belongs to you.
  • You are solely responsible for content you publish to social media platforms through the Service.
  • You agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • AI-generated content is provided as-is. You should review all content before publishing.

5. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social media account (e.g., X/Twitter, Threads), you authorize MarketingGuru to publish content on your behalf at the times you schedule. You may disconnect any account at any time through the Integrations settings page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive content at scale.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to content published to your social media accounts, loss of data, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
